The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MapGuessr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Historical maps are provided through the David Rumsey Map Collection and are subject to their respective licenses and terms of use.

You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
